i loved the convenient location to times square and other attractions. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, they always answered my questions. my room had air conditioning, essential. the hotel provided luggage storage before check-in, so i didn't have to carry bags.
The window in my room faced a dark, unlit space. I didn't have natural light.

delayed check-inlost bag
Check-in was problematic. I arrived hoping for early access, but the staff refused and suggested a delay past the official time because of late check-outs. They couldn't provide a firm time, which upset my plans. Worse, my companion's bag disappeared after being checked at the front desk. The hotel gave it to another guest.
